Auction Terms & Conditions This auction is ONLINE ONLY. Auction will end Wednesday, November 6th, 2019 at 7pm. Preview for this auction will be Tueday, November 5, 2019 from 3-5PM. Pick Up is on Friday, November 8th, 2019 from 2PM-5PM at 525 Nixon Avenue, Indiana, Pa 15701. Please bring boxes, packing materials and any help you may need to pick up your items. Everything must be picked up on this day during the specified times. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged. William Shaeffer Auctioneer will not hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. We will not load your items. You are responsible for loading your own items including any equipment. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages to you or your property. All items are offered and sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults. William Shaeffer Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at our sole discretion. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitues the total price of $110. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at the time of pick up. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Credit cards accpepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged. If payment is not made within the pick up period of this auction, the lot and any interest in the lot is abandoned back to the original seller or to the auctioneer. To a winning bidder who fails to pick up a lot after paying for it after 1 day, the lot and any interest in the lot is abandoned back to the original seller or the auctioneer. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. William Shaeffer Auctioneer does not offer shipping, moving or packing services. No Shipping. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions.
