Real Estate:  20% down at Bid close - Balance due on or before 12/31/24 - 10% Buyer's Premium applies!  You will need to sign your contract either the day of a live auction or the day after an online auction. At the same time, you need to pay your 20% deposit in the form of a check or wire transfer.

Personal Property:  Payment in full at pickup by cash, check, wire transfer, or credit card (with $1000 max & 5% processing fee) – 15% Buyer’s Premium applies and sales tax where applicable!!

Credit Cards:  You will be required to have a credit card on file for verification purposes in order to bid on our website. We DO NOT automatically charge your card at the end of an auction. Please see our terms for credit card payment limits and fees.

NO WARRANTIES:  Each item will be sold As-Is, Where-Is, without warranty as to usefulness or merchantability.  All sales are Final.  No refunds or returns.

We try to list these items as accurately as we can; however, we are not experts on all the items we sell.  The auctioneer does not guarantee authenticity, year, make, model, miles, hours, running condition, or physical condition of any item in our auctions.

All bidders are encouraged to inspect the product before bidding.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.  

INTERNET BIDDING:  We are providing online internet bidding through a third party.  We are not responsible if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction and will not be responsible for any "missed" bids.

AUCTION SITE:  All visitors at the auction site are there at their own risk and agree the auction site is potentially dangerous.  Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site.
