--Payment can be made at pickup by credit card (6% surcharge plus 4.2% sales tax on surcharge), check with photo ID, or cash. Payment is due by 6pm Thurs Nov 21st, 2024 or balance will be automatically charged to your credit card you registered with regardless if you pickup or not.
--Pickup location is 40579 289th St, Tripp, SD. Buyer is responsible to bring help to load heavy items. Bring the appropriate equipment AND HELP to load your items. Once again, for heavy items bring help to load. The auction company has no obligation to help you load. Plan accordingly.
All items are to be removed by Thurs Nov 21st at 6pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE IS NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE DATE FOR PICKUP. YOU MUST COME THURS NOV 21 FROM 2-6PM. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future.
All FFL Laws will apply when purchasing firearms. ATF form 4473 will need to be completed and background check passed before you will be able to obtain your gun. Background checks will be ran on site at pickup. Bring a photo ID. Out of state buyers will also need to abide by their state laws. For more information in regards to firearm purchases contact Cheri at 605-464-1198. You are not able to complete form 4473 prior to purchase according to FFL rules.

All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
