--Payment can be made at pickup by credit card 4% surcharge plus 6.2% sales tax on surcharge, check with photo ID, or cash. Payment is due by Fri May 2 at 7:00pm, 2025 or balance will be automatically charged to your credit card you registered with regardless if you pickup or not.
--PICKUP LOCATION 2611 Pine St Yankton, SD. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO LOAD ALL FURNITURE AND LARGE APPLIANCES THEMSELVES. The Auction Company and their staff will not be assisting you in loading of furniture. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER OF FURNITURE TO LOAD THEMSELVES. Please bring help to load heavy items/furniture. Bring the appropriate equipment to load your items. The auction company has no obligation to help you load furniture and large appliances. Plan accordingly.
--Shipping on most items is available on this auction. If shipping is not available it will be marked on the lot description. Emails will be sent with details once the auction closes.
All items are to be removed by Fri May 2 at 7:00pm. Items remaining will become the property of the Auction Company. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
