TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. PAYMENT: a. To register for and participate in our auctions, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid credit card on file. Bidders under 21 may not bid on handguns. b. The currency for all purchases is USD. c. There is a 20% Buyer’s Premium added to all winning bids. d. The first time you save a new card to your account, there is a $50 soft charge and void to confirm there are funds available, similar to a gas station or hotel. This soft charge falls off as a pending charge for most users within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution and merchant services provider. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC does not receive these funds in any way. e. Sales Tax: There is no sales tax for this auction. f. How to pay: Unless your invoice amounts to more than $3,000, your credit card on file with our company will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. In the event your card isn’t charged immediately, it will be charged within 24 hours of the auction closing. Credit cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For invoices over $3,000, Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC accepts: • Cashier's Check, ACH, Wire Transfer, Pre-Authorized Business Check (No Personal Checks) • Invoices under $3,000 can also be paid via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, written requests for such must be sent to Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com no later than 24 hours before an auction begins closing to avoid the card on file being charged. • Invoices that have cards on file decline may be subject to a $15 declined card fee, if we are unable to secure payment by the close of the first pick-up day following the auction ending. f. You agree not to initiate a chargeback for your purchases under any circumstances. If there is any discrepancy, please give us the opportunity to explore your circumstances by reaching us at Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com. If you initiate a chargeback for any reason, the auction house reserves the right to ban you from future auctions. g. Transportation, storage, shipping, and handling fees are at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Shipping will be billed and collected separately through our third-party service provider, Shipping Saint. h. Invoices must be paid within 7 business days, failure to pay beyond this deadline, without ongoing communications with our company, may result in being blocked from future bidding. You may be offered a company credit for overpayments or other credits. i. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 2. PREVIEW: In-person previews of the units will not be offered. Please refer to the photography, videography, and text description of each unit. As auctioneers, we never cross the threshold into the units; you are bidding on exactly what is seen, and whatever is not seen. 3. PICK-UP: a. TWO DAYS ONLY: Pick-up times will be November 7th and November 8th from 9:00am-6:00pm. b. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THE DEDICATED PICKUP DAYS OR YOU MUST SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE STORAGE COMPANY. WINNER MUST TAKE ALL; ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVED WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISPOSAL FEES AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE. BUYERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE DUMPSTERS ON SITE. NO EXCEPTIONS. c. Loading, transportation, and any required disassembly of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide tools for disassembly or assist with moving heavy objects. d. Please call 907.570.7050 in advance to schedule pick-ups beyond the initial two-day window or coordinate shipping arrangements. e. We require written permission for all pick-ups on a buyer’s behalf. Email us at Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com or text us at 907.570.7050 to request a substitute pick-up person in your place. f. Any inventory not collected, or without shipping arranged by the close of the second pick-up day will incur storage fees for a minimum of $100 per lot, per day, for up to seven days. g. Any inventory remaining in excess of seven days after the close of the auction will be considered forfeit and subject to disposal fees at cost. You risk being banned from future participation in our auctions if you abandon any items at the facility. 4. SHIPPING: Shipping will not be available for the contents of this auction. Buyers must be available to clear out the entirety of the unit on the designated pick up days. 5. VEHICLE PURCHASES: a. Vehicles purchased through Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals LLC are subject to a minimum $250 dealer title transfer fee plus any additional vehicle registration fees as required. All transfer and registration fees are non-negotiable and the sole responsibility of the buyer. b. Vehicle title transfers will only be made in the winning bidder’s name, or their company’s name for commercial vehicle title transfers. c. Payment must be made within two business days following the auction and all necessary paperwork completed at that time. d. Buyer will be remitted vehicle after the transfer of title. Local title transfers are generally done the same day if payment is received before 3:00 pm on a scheduled payment day; title transfer process to be completed no later than three business days following payment in full. e. For vehicles purchased vehicles at a location other than Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC premises, Buyer must complete a Power of Attorney to allow for DMV titling process. The title will be mailed to your address on file within seven business days. f. Vehicle miles are accurate at the time of cataloging, they may change very slightly, not to exceed 25 miles beyond what is advertised. g. Pick-up time must be scheduled to allow for paperwork and processing. 6. BIDDING ONLINE: a. All bids placed are final. As a company policy, we do not retract bids as it messes with the integrity of the auction. If you default on payment or have your high bid removed for any reason, you will be liable for any difference in sale price between what your high bid was, and the final sale price of the lot. b. The auction will close at a rate of one lot per minute. If a bid is placed within an item's closing minute, the lot will be automatically extended by one minute. c. Company Defined Online Bidding Increments: $0 - $50: $5, $51 - $200: $10, $201 - $500: $25, $501 - $1,000: $50, $1,001 - $10,000: $100, $10,001 - $50,000: $250, $50,001 - $100,000: $500, $100,001 - $1,000,000: $1000, $1,000,001 - $5,000,000: $5000, $5,000,001 - $10,000,000+: $10,000 d. Bid increments are subject to change at any time at the auctioneer's discretion. e. When a user places a Maximum Bid it will be placed equal to the reserve price if said Maximum Bid exceeds the reserve. If the Maximum Bid amount is below the reserve the bid will be placed for the full amount. f. The auctioneer reserves the right to lift a reserve price at any time which guarantees a sale to the highest bidder at any price. g. Being the high bidder on an item, with or without reserve, is a legally binding commitment to purchase the item for the amount of the high bid. This does not include Maximum Bids which exceed the amount of the current high bid. h. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed or live online auction. Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. i. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC reserves the right to withdraw, re-sequence, or re-catalog items in this auction at any time, for any reason. 7. FIREARM REGULATIONS: a. If firearms are discovered visible in a unit prior to sale, they will be removed and sold separately. Background checks and transfers must be completed at our warehouse located at 325 W. Potter Drive, Anchorage, AK 99518. If any illicit items are discovered the sale may be canceled with proper authorities contacted. b. Firearms must be paid for and picked up by the buyer registered on our auction platform. c. Bidders on firearms must be of legal age to do so in their resident state or country. d. Residents of the United States must be 18 years or older to purchase rifles, shotguns, or any kind of long gun, and also must be 21 years or older to purchase any type of pistols, revolvers, or handguns. Laws may vary between states, know your state and local regulations. e. Highest bidders of firearms must pass a federal background check and be legally able to possess that type of firearm. f. Firearm sales are not considered final until the highest bidder has successfully passed a background check and picked the item up or shipping arranged to an authorized Federal Firearm License dealer. g. Firearms must be shipped to an authorized Federal Firearm License dealer for a firearm to be picked up in person. The buyer is responsible for all FFL transfer fees. i. If a buyer does not pass their background check or is not approved for any reason, their hammer purchase price will be refunded. Buyer's premium and all additional fees will be forfeit as a result of processing their unsuccessful transaction. The firearm will be kept by the auction house to attempt a sale with the backup-bidder or be sold at a future auction. h. Bidders who knowingly bid on firearms they may not obtain legally or by background check risk being banned from any and all future auctions with our company. 8. CONDITIONS OF SALE: a. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All dimensions provided are approximate. Buyers are always encouraged to inspect photos and videos prior to bidding to make their own determinations as to condition, size, and authenticity. The Owner/representative guarantees clear title, and that liens on the listed property be so stated whereby arrangements will be made so that clear title will be issued to the purchaser. In the event the owner/representative is unable to clear the title, the owner/representative will be liable for any pre-sale expenses incurred by the Auctioneer, and/or a withdrawal fee. b. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. In the event firearms are clearly visible when opening a unit for sale, they will be removed from that unit and sold separately, with a background check required to complete purchase. In the event illegal contents are found as clearly visible when opening a unit, sale of that unit will be canceled and the matter turned over to the appropriate legal authorities. In the event personal artifacts (family photos, financial documents, etc.) are discovered by a winning bidder following the sale of a unit, we would ask that you turn them over to the manager of the storage facility.

In the event firearms are clearly visible when opening a unit for sale, they will be removed from that unit and sold separately, with a background check required to complete purchase. In the event illegal contents are found as clearly visible when opening a unit, sale of that unit will be canceled and the matter turned over to the appropriate legal authorities. In the event personal artifacts (family photos, financial documents, etc.) are discovered by a winning bidder following the sale of a unit, we would ask that you turn them over to the manager of the storage facility.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. PAYMENT: a. To register for and participate in our auctions, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid credit card on file. Bidders under 21 may not bid on handguns. b. The currency for all purchases is USD. c. There is a 20% Buyer’s Premium added to all winning bids. d. The first time you save a new card to your account, there is a $50 soft charge and void to confirm there are funds available, similar to a gas station or hotel. This soft charge falls off as a pending charge for most users within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution and merchant services provider. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC does not receive these funds in any way. e. Sales Tax: There is no sales tax for this auction. f. How to pay: Unless your invoice amounts to more than $3,000, your credit card on file with our company will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. In the event your card isn’t charged immediately, it will be charged within 24 hours of the auction closing. Credit cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For invoices over $3,000, Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC accepts: • Cashier's Check, ACH, Wire Transfer, Pre-Authorized Business Check (No Personal Checks) • Invoices under $3,000 can also be paid via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, written requests for such must be sent to Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com no later than 24 hours before an auction begins closing to avoid the card on file being charged. • Invoices that have cards on file decline may be subject to a $15 declined card fee, if we are unable to secure payment by the close of the first pick-up day following the auction ending. f. You agree not to initiate a chargeback for your purchases under any circumstances. If there is any discrepancy, please give us the opportunity to explore your circumstances by reaching us at Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com. If you initiate a chargeback for any reason, the auction house reserves the right to ban you from future auctions. g. Transportation, storage, shipping, and handling fees are at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Shipping will be billed and collected separately through our third-party service provider, Shipping Saint. h. Invoices must be paid within 7 business days, failure to pay beyond this deadline, without ongoing communications with our company, may result in being blocked from future bidding. You may be offered a company credit for overpayments or other credits. i. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 2. PREVIEW: In-person previews of the units will not be offered. TWO DAYS ONLY: Pick-up times will be November 7th and November 8th from 9:00am-6:00pm. b. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THE DEDICATED PICKUP DAYS OR YOU MUST SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE STORAGE COMPANY. WINNER MUST TAKE ALL; ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVED WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISPOSAL FEES AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE. BUYERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE DUMPSTERS ON SITE. NO EXCEPTIONS. c. Loading, transportation, and any required disassembly of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide tools for disassembly or assist with moving heavy objects. d. Please call 907.570.7050 in advance to schedule pick-ups beyond the initial two-day window or coordinate shipping arrangements. e. We require written permission for all pick-ups on a buyer’s behalf. Any inventory not collected, or without shipping arranged by the close of the second pick-up day will incur storage fees for a minimum of $100 per lot, per day, for up to seven days. g. Any inventory remaining in excess of seven days after the close of the auction will be considered forfeit and subject to disposal fees at cost. You risk being banned from future participation in our auctions if you abandon any items at the facility. 4. SHIPPING: Shipping will not be available for the contents of this auction. Buyers must be available to clear out the entirety of the unit on the designated pick up days. 5. VEHICLE PURCHASES: a. Vehicles purchased through Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals LLC are subject to a minimum $250 dealer title transfer fee plus any additional vehicle registration fees as required. All transfer and registration fees are non-negotiable and the sole responsibility of the buyer. b. Vehicle title transfers will only be made in the winning bidder’s name, or their company’s name for commercial vehicle title transfers. c. Payment must be made within two business days following the auction and all necessary paperwork completed at that time. d. Buyer will be remitted vehicle after the transfer of title. Local title transfers are generally done the same day if payment is received before 3:00 pm on a scheduled payment day; title transfer process to be completed no later than three business days following payment in full. e. For vehicles purchased vehicles at a location other than Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC premises, Buyer must complete a Power of Attorney to allow for DMV titling process. The title will be mailed to your address on file within seven business days. f. Vehicle miles are accurate at the time of cataloging, they may change very slightly, not to exceed 25 miles beyond what is advertised. g. Pick-up time must be scheduled to allow for paperwork and processing. 6. BIDDING ONLINE: a. All bids placed are final. As a company policy, we do not retract bids as it messes with the integrity of the auction. If you default on payment or have your high bid removed for any reason, you will be liable for any difference in sale price between what your high bid was, and the final sale price of the lot. b. The auction will close at a rate of one lot per minute. If a bid is placed within an item's closing minute, the lot will be automatically extended by one minute. c. Company Defined Online Bidding Increments: $0 - $50: $5, $51 - $200: $10, $201 - $500: $25, $501 - $1,000: $50, $1,001 - $10,000: $100, $10,001 - $50,000: $250, $50,001 - $100,000: $500, $100,001 - $1,000,000: $1000, $1,000,001 - $5,000,000: $5000, $5,000,001 - $10,000,000+: $10,000 d. Bid increments are subject to change at any time at the auctioneer's discretion. e. When a user places a Maximum Bid it will be placed equal to the reserve price if said Maximum Bid exceeds the reserve. If the Maximum Bid amount is below the reserve the bid will be placed for the full amount. f. The auctioneer reserves the right to lift a reserve price at any time which guarantees a sale to the highest bidder at any price. g. Being the high bidder on an item, with or without reserve, is a legally binding commitment to purchase the item for the amount of the high bid. This does not include Maximum Bids which exceed the amount of the current high bid. h. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed or live online auction. Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. i. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC reserves the right to withdraw, re-sequence, or re-catalog items in this auction at any time, for any reason. 7. FIREARM REGULATIONS: a. If firearms are discovered visible in a unit prior to sale, they will be removed and sold separately. Background checks and transfers must be completed at our warehouse located at 325 W. Potter Drive, Anchorage, AK 99518. If any illicit items are discovered the sale may be canceled with proper authorities contacted. b. Firearms must be paid for and picked up by the buyer registered on our auction platform. c. Bidders on firearms must be of legal age to do so in their resident state or country. d. Residents of the United States must be 18 years or older to purchase rifles, shotguns, or any kind of long gun, and also must be 21 years or older to purchase any type of pistols, revolvers, or handguns. Laws may vary between states, know your state and local regulations. e. Highest bidders of firearms must pass a federal background check and be legally able to possess that type of firearm. f. Firearm sales are not considered final until the highest bidder has successfully passed a background check and picked the item up or shipping arranged to an authorized Federal Firearm License dealer. g. Firearms must be shipped to an authorized Federal Firearm License dealer for a firearm to be picked up in person. The buyer is responsible for all FFL transfer fees. i. If a buyer does not pass their background check or is not approved for any reason, their hammer purchase price will be refunded. Buyer's premium and all additional fees will be forfeit as a result of processing their unsuccessful transaction. The firearm will be kept by the auction house to attempt a sale with the backup-bidder or be sold at a future auction. h. Bidders who knowingly bid on firearms they may not obtain legally or by background check risk being banned from any and all future auctions with our company. 8. CONDITIONS OF SALE: a. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All dimensions provided are approximate. Buyers are always encouraged to inspect photos and videos prior to bidding to make their own determinations as to condition, size, and authenticity. The Owner/representative guarantees clear title, and that liens on the listed property be so stated whereby arrangements will be made so that clear title will be issued to the purchaser. In the event the owner/representative is unable to clear the title, the owner/representative will be liable for any pre-sale expenses incurred by the Auctioneer, and/or a withdrawal fee. b. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. All disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved in a court of law located in Anchorage, Alaska. 11. ACCEPTANCE: a.
