To be tax exempt you need NC exempt tax form on file with auction company. All purchases must be paid for day of auction. Everything sold "as is, where is", no warranties expressed or implied. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items. Announcements made at the auction take precedence over all advertising. |
