If any objection shall be made which the vendor shall be unable or unwilling to remove, the vendor shall be at liberty to rescind the sale and in such case the purchaser shall receive back the amount paid, without interest, in full satisfaction of all claims. 9. If the purchaser fails to comply with the conditions aforesaid, or any of them, the deposit and all other payments made thereon shall be forfeited, and the property may be re-sold, and the deficiency if any, on such re-sale, together with all charges attending the re-sale, shall be made good by the defaulting purchaser. 10.
