No equipment will be released until payment is made in full All Sales may be subject to Michigan Tax For customer's purchasing items used in the "Direct Production" of Agricultural, may fill out a Michigan Sales Tax-Exemption form for those items to be tax exempt. Items such as construction equipment, UTV/ATVs, and mowers (both lawn and rotary) are NOT tax exempt in the state of Michigan and sales tax must be paid on these types of items. We MUST have a Sales Tax-Exempt form on file for any equipment applicable to tax exemption or sales tax MUST be paid before any item will be released Payments are required via Wire, Check, Cash or ACH Debit in full within 3 business days. No later than the following Monday upon completion of the auction. Payments NOT made on time will be turned over to “Auction Time” and bidding rights will be revoked. ~NO EXCEPTIONS~ If the unit happens to have a lien it will be paid as timely as possible. This could take up to 15 business days Credit Cards accepted under $2500.00 with an additional 4% convenience fee applied. Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $20.00 fee MUST be added to ALL wire transfers. An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auction Time" after the sale concludes. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. **Items must be picked up within 14 days. A $35.00/day storage fee will be charged after 14 days unless other arrangements are made.
