BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100, you will be charged $115 at checkout.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, local check (under $1,500), and Cash. Payment must be made before picking any items up.

EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: Our auctions feature EXTENDED BIDDING. Bidding will extend on a group of 10 lots for TWO minutes past the closing time if a bid has been placed on ANY lot within the last TWO minutes of the auction. That lot will remain open until there are no bids on that item during the extended time. This only affects lots with last minute bids. Any lot not bid on in the last two minutes will close as scheduled. Once the timer runs out, the lot will close. If you are unsure how much time is left to bid on an item, you can check the countdown timer for the lot you are interested in. Extending the end time for an item does not change the end time of the following item, so lots may end out of sequence. 

LOAD OUT: Thursday, November 7, 2024, 12:00 to 4:00 pm (* FIRM * pickup times due to school in session and the custodian's schedules) -- There are multiple locations so please read the lot information and your invoice carefully. Minimal assistance will be available to load the larger items. Buyer will need to bring help to load, as well as a dolly, boxes, packing materials, tools, etc. 

Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials, and moving equipment.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court ordered sale are subject to court approval.

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong photo may be displayed. Always read the item description.

CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal, and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Theurer Auction/Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR THEURER AUCTION/REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE SOFTWARE'S FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Theurer Auction/Realty will email registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event, or change the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
