Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing on Sunday, November 10th at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: There is no shipping available on this auction except just a few collectable items. See individual lots for details. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, November 11th from 11:00 - 2:00 PM CT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. The owners of Bartley Lumber in Bartley, NE have made the difficult decision to close their doors earlier in the year. This is the second auction of many that we will be having to liquidate all the inventory and equipment they have plus some personal items from the owners Dennis & Jackie Ginther. This auction consists of many tools, yard equipment, LOTS of electrical items, and even a few antiques & collectibles, plus a few household and even hunting items.
