If a bid is placed with less than 5 minutes left, the time will reset to 5 minutes for that item. Please bid accordingly.   Pickup: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s).  Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made). Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified. Please bring sufficient help and the proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff are not available to assist with loading. Shipping: Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. No freight shipping available. Flat rate shipping costs start at a minimum of $9. Items larger than 26x20x12 are not able to be shipped. Shipping insurance is required and automatically included, as well as a tracking number. Shipping must be arranged by the pickup date. They are able to work with out of state customers. No heavy equipment or vehicle delivery options are available. Buyers will need to coordinate all arrangements and payment of delivery fees directly with Country Roads Moving. Kaufman Realty & Auctions does not coordinate delivery, accept payment for delivery and is not liable for any delivery issues.
