*** FOR AUCTION SPECIFIC DETAILS: PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM PAST AUCTIONS.
** BIDDER DEPOSITS****
$200 deposit hold to be approved to bid.
If you do not make a purchase your deposit hold- $200 minus the credit card fee= $193.10, will be released the day after the auction this may take up to 14 days to show up on your credit card statement.
If you are the winning bidder of an item we will apply your bidder deposit of $193.10 to your invoice or refund it back to the card that was used.
Due to Squares card fee policy we will refund or apply your $200 deposit MINUS THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE of ($193.10) to your invoice.
If your invoice does not exceed the $193.10 then the balance will be refunded back to the card that was used. This may take 14 business days to show on your credit card statement.

- Cash- Pay at the auction location, the office is located in the North Storage unit building, come to the pay here window.
- Credit Card / Debit Card- (4% fee),
-Cashiers Check- WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL, OR BUSINESS CHECKS.
If you are farm exempt you will need to provide us with a filled out TC-721 Exemption form. We do not provide this. If you do not provide this form you will be taxed.
invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders within 1 hour of the completion of the auction.

There is an additional 4% fee for payment by credit/debit card. Your invoice total will not reflect the additional 4% if paying by credit/debit card. This amount is to be added at time of payment.

****Registration****
All buyers will register to bid through the website. Bidders will establish a user name and password. A credit card authorization will be required at time of registration. Please be sure that you have SUCCESSFULLY completed the credit card authorization prior to bidding. If you wait until the last minute to perform this operation you may be late to bid on your desired lots.

NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION LOAD OUT / TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE BY BUYER. Please keep in mind the Loadout days and times, extended loadout days and times may differ from previous auctions.
LOAD OUT SERVICE & APPROVAL: Northrop Auction Service provides a staff member and equipment to load your auction items. We are here to ASSIST you.

Friday November 8th from 10 a.m. - 4 pm.
Saturday November 9th from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring their own tools, pallets, or straps for hauling materials - we do not provide these. NAS is not responsible securing your load.

ALL DESCRIPTIONS ARE BELEIVED TO BE CORRECT, THE AUCTIONEERS OR THE OWNER MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, as to the authenticity of or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for any advertising errors, discrepancies or inaccuracies. All Buyers are to be responsible for any and all inspections of items at preview times or inspection by appointment.
2) Northrop Auction Service shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delay beyond control. Internet bidders are aware that due to the nature of the internet, delay transmission could result in failure of the system to recognize your bid.

All items must be paid for before: Saturday November 9th, 2024 by 4 pm. Unless you make arrangements to pick-up on Saturday. Failure to pay in this time frame will result in a $50-per day late fee.
PAYMENT METHOD: Cash, Visa, Master Card & Discover, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY CHECKS AT THIS TIME, NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR BUSINESS CHECKS. There is an additional 4% fee for payment by credit/debit card to be added at time of payment.

6) Applicable Utah Sales Tax of 7.25% will apply to purchases.
7) REMOVAL: All items must be removed within the allotted time frame set forth by the Northrop Auction Service for each auction. Time frames will be strictly adhered to; if you are unable to pick up your purchased items or make arrangements for your purchased to be picked up in the time frame set forth please do not bid on the items.

Bidding and Registration will open Wednesday October 30th- We require a $200 bidder deposit to be activated to bid. Once you register we will email you a invoice to pay through square. You will have $193.10( $200 minus the square credit card fee) credit to use towards your purchase or if you do not win an item you will be refunded back $193.10.
