REGISTRATION To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. Returning bidders will need to ensure all information is up to date. PAYMENT $5,000 deposit due within 24 hours of close of auction via bank wire transfer. Remaining balance due at the time of pick-up in cash, certified check or wire transfer. Failure to transfer the deposit money may result in the car being offered to subsequent backup bidders. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 10% fee will be added to your invoice total. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $10.00. Your total invoice would be $110.00) ACCURACY Every effort has been made to provide the proper details, information, descriptions and pictures for each lot. However, accuracy can not be guaranteed, Each bidder is encouraged to fully inspect the items before bidding. WARRANTY No items come with any warranty or return options. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty expressed or implied. AUCTION CHANGES Occassionally lots may need to be added, combined, or removed without notice. SOFT CLOSING Our online auctions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to participate and bid. At the designated time the auction is set to begin closing, each lot closes in sequential order. If a bid is placed on a lot within five minutes of its closing time, the lot will remain open for five additional minutes. SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER If you are the successful high bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid, including the buyers premium. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in a permanent ban from future auctions. PICKUP/REMOVAL Buyer is responsible for pickup and removal of the vehicle.
