How it works....After registration is completed and bidding permissions are granted, you may place your bid online before end of the absentee bid time frame. If the absentee bidder is the highest bid, then they will be the winning bidder. If the onsite bid is greater than the absentee bid, then the onsite bidder is the winning bidder.
