Full possession will be granted upon closing.  Closing will be conducted by Harvest & Home Title Co. in Carrollton.

Items will be sold in AS-IS condition at the time of sale. Buyer is responsible for items once Auctioneer says “sold”. Driver’s license is required at registration. Must be 21 years or older to purchase firearms or ammunition. FFL background checks are not required for this auction, but same rules apply.
