Thank you for your participation! • All merchandise is offered as is, where is, without guarantee. • All items are offered at absolute auction, with no reserves or minimums, unless otherwise specified. • Listings are for descriptive purposes only. • Buyers are urged to examine all items in person whenever possible, and to request condition reports and/or additional photos if they are unable to view items in person. • Items may not be sold grouped as shown in photos. If you have questions, please contact us. • All announcements made on the day of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials. • In order to bid, you must register with Briggs Auction in person, or through our Bid Submission Form available on BriggsAuction.com • The buyer's premium is 18% for general merchandise auctions, discounted to 15% for full payment by cash or check. The buyer's premium may be higher for special collections & catalog auctions, and will be clearly stated on each auction's listing page and on the Briggs Auction website. • PA sales tax (6%) will be added to each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. If exempt, you must present us with a valid tax exemption number and complete our exemption form. • Forms of payment: Cash, Check, VISA, MC, AmEx, Debit • Absentee and Telephone bidding are accepted for this auction.
