Estate Auction The estate of Mona Sheer (living)will be sold at auction to the high bidder on: Sunday March 6 at 2 pm est. Location : Market Center Tower, 531 N Hamilton St High Point NC 27262 This will not be a long auction and expect the sale to last about an hour. Mrs. Sheer lives in San Francisco and has used this part of her estate only while in town for the High Point Furniture Show. However she has been retired now for over 10 years and wants to sale these beautiful items. This is a fine collection of Quality Furniture such as Broyhill, Crafted Asian Wooden Highly Decorative Temple with Budda Idol, Asian Carved Dressing Screen, Asian and Oriental Decor, Prints & Art, along with clean hardly used appliances and other household goods. We will also be offering a couple items online as well accepting absentee and phone bids. Terms: All items shown in pictures will be sold to the high bidder AS IS! Forms of payment include Cash, Credit Cards, Checks accompanied with Certified Bank Letter of Credit. All Checks have to be pre-approved by Auctioneer Wayne Cannada! There is a %3 buyer's fee live on site that will be waived if you pay with cash/check! There is a 15% buyers fee for those that purchase items online or through the absentee / phone bid system! All shipping arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the buyer. All Items have to be removed day of sale or make arrangements with auctioneer that items purchased are removed with in 5 days of sale! Announcements made day of sale supercede all prior publications!
