We attempt to point out factors that determine the bids that you may place, such as size, nicks, scratches, cracks and wear. BUT KNOW that lack of an all encompassing description or a picture that shows a flaw, it is still and will always be the bidders responsibilty to make the buying decision. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at close of the auction. All invoices will show the 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winnig amount. Shipping is through Goin Postal, a third party shipper. They will contact you to make payment. Do not contact the auction company for shipping times. If you do not pick up your merchandise at the allotted times, or notify the company prior to the end of pickup, your items will be forfeited. If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms and Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by Gold Star Auctions,LLC. Including, but not limited to, attorney fees, commision loss, advertising loss, etc. There is a 15% buyers premium attached to this auction. Payment is through credit card at conclusion of auction. This is an online only auction to liquidate the remainder of an estate in the Suson Park area of south St. Louis county. There is some antique and contemporary furniture, standard household items, Harley Davidson jackets, military items, military and world maps, washer and dryer, ladders, a mini fridge, multi panel portable dog pen and a lot more. There is a walk-out basement available for items down there. All items sell AS-IS. This is one of two auctions from this residence. The other auction will close on Sunday 11/3 at 7pm CT. Pickup for both auctions will be on Wednesday November 6, 2024 from 11am-5pm. Bring help for large or heavy items. No assistance will be available. Bring boxes or totes as needed. This is a one day only pickup. Any items not picked up will be forfeited. Shipping is available on certain items. If you need your items shipped, notification must be recieved by the end of the auction by checking the 'Shipping Requested' box at time of registration or via email at nicemark1@att.net
