4.) Seller Pays 2024 Taxes. When applicable, Seller to pay Greenbelt Roll Back Tax on any non-eligible purchase.
5.) Selling by existing deed description.
6.) Buyer responsible for the closing costs, as well as their own title search.
7.) Seller to convey the property by Warranty Deed.
8.) Possession is with deed at closing.

Cash or Check Only. Out of state buyers are required to transfer any firearms through an FFL in their state of residence and are responsible for any additional handling fees.
12.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
