Please be sure to bring your farm or resale exemption number with you. • Failure to pick up your purchase within the designated hours may result in your purchase being declared abandoned and returned to the seller or re-sold to the back-up bidder. Also, you may be barred from bidding on future auctions unless you have paid for your purchase on time and made specific arrangements with the auction company. Kentucky Auction Law (KRS 330) states that a legally binding contract is formed when the auction item is declared sold by the auctioneer. Therefore, you are required to pay for it, even if you decide not to pick it up. • Items in this auction are offered 'online only' using an automatic extended bidding format. Any bid received within 5 minutes of the scheduled closing time for that lot will extend the bidding for an additional 5 minutes.
