All items are being SOLD AS IS WHERE IS with no guarantees implied or stated. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NOTE-there is a 5% Buyer fee that is added to invoice to cover the auction platforms fees. Auction company is donating their services so that 100% of your winning "bid" goes to United Way. You must register with a credit card to obtain a bidding number for any of our auctions. If you do not have a credit card, contact Mary @ 620-257-8147 to get qualified to bid. If you wish to pay with cash, let JIm or Mary know at close of auction when you set up your pick-up appointment. NO CHECKS will be accepted. TERMS: By registering and placing bids on our site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: You must place a credit/debit card on file to register and bid on any of our auctions. There is a 5% buyer's premium charged to all online winning bids. The credit card used to register on HiBid will be charged on Thursday October 17th at 12:30 p.m. If you wish to pay with cash at PICK-UP or need to use a different card, then must call Mary at 620-257-8147 by noon October 17th before card has been ran. Items may be viewed at 111 W 1st-Lyons, Ks (Hollinger Auction & Real Estate) by appointment. Call (620-257-8148) to make sure someone is at the office PickUp times 10-12 p.m. Friday October 18th @ 111 W First-Lyons, KS (Hollinger Auction & Real Estate office) . We will work with buyers for different day/time at request of buyer. Please note that you will need to bring your own help to assist in loading items especially large items. Buyer responsible for bringing any needed boxes and dollies to move large items. If requested Payment at pick-up then payment due with exact amount in cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. If items have not been picked up within 10 days of the auction close, they will be considered abandoned and become property of Hollinger Auction. By placing bids on our site you authorize Hollinger Auction to charge your card for any winning bids. Any declined cards will incur a $35 fee and may result in suspension of your account. Buyer is responsible for bringing any help, boxes or packing needed to pick-up purchased items. There will not be any help provided. Refreshments will be available at PU Friday Oct 18th from 10-12. If that will not work, must call Mary at 620-257-8147 to request different day/time (but there will be no refreshments) :(. If you were unsuccessful during the bidding period, monetary donations for the United Way will also be accepted at this time. We will gladly work with you. Thus, if someone is bidding via desktop/laptop, their bid is hitting the bidding program faster than those that are bidding via cell phone, so bidding system will accept the bid it recieves 1st. That proves to be crucial when lots start closing at the end and more than one bidder attempting to bid on an item.
