Auction Terms & Condition By participating in this auction you agree to the following terms and conditions: All Bidders acknowledge to have read, comprehend, and agree to the following terms & conditions set forth by Jeff Boone Auction & Realty. ("Boone Auctions"). All bidders agree to be legally bound to these terms & conditions. All announcements made by the Auctioneer shall supersede any printed material. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to insure purchases as needed immediately. All items sell �AS-IS� �Where-Is� with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. All sales are Final. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy, and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition, and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. After a bidder has won the bid, all risk of loss and damage passes to the bidder, even though the bidder may have not paid for the item yet. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents. For Online Bidders: By placing bids you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take possession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required. All online bidders are responsible for complete control of their online bidding accounts. You are 100% responsible for every bid placed under your account, accidental and intentional. If your pet cat Toby decides to jump up on your table and hit the bid button, you have better teach Toby to be an excellent operator, because you are required to pay for your new excavator. Online bidding is a serious matter. You must understand exactly what you are doing at all times. Boone Auctions reserves the right to deny and or terminate bidding privileges at any time. For successful Buyers, A 10% buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price. 7% Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged unless proof of exemption is provided. All bidders understand that they will be liable for payment of sales or use taxes which may become due for failure to comply with the provisions of federal, state, and local tax codes for any items sold as tax exempt or for resale. All bidders understand that it is a criminal offense to give an exemption certificate to the seller for taxable items that they know, at the time of purchase, will be used in a manner other than that expressed in this certificate and, depending on the amount of tax evaded, the offense may range from a class c misdemeanor to a felony of the second degree. Please note that any purchase is subject to automatically be charged to your credit card on file. We will begin charging cards the following morning if no contact from the buyer has been made. Terms: Cash, Check, & Wire Transfer accepted. Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.99% in addition to the purchased amount. Attention: Purchaser Pick-Up times are as follows: Monday, October 28th & Tuesday October 29th from 9 AM till 5 PM. Due to other upcoming Auctions that we need to prepare for in our buildings, items must be picked up during these times. Any items not picked up during these times will be set outside, and subject to be sold or discarded. All bidders agree to receive text, email, & or postage notifications about our upcoming events. This is an Online Only Auction that will consist of automobiles, trailers, race cars, car parts, tools, and more! Ending Sunday, October 27th @ 5 PM EST. Ronald Hall was a 1957 graduate of Frankton High School, and on Aug. 30, 1958, he married Carolyn (Wimer) Hall. Soon after graduation, Ron became an apprentice electrician, and eventually a journeyman electrician, for Ford Motor Co. in Indianapolis, where he retired from after 46 years. Ron always had a love of racing. While still in high school, he assisted his father in building and racing their own cars at Anderson Speedway and various other tracks. Together they were able to win the Little 500 at Anderson Speedway on three occasions. Ron loved to share the memory of how Roy Rogers was in attendance at one of these victories, and presented them with the winner's trophy. Later in life, Ron would pursue racing again, this time with his son, Mark. As a team, they would compete in six Little 500'S, and many dirt sprint car races. Throughout his life, Ron loved being with his family and friends. Pickup will be in Anderson where all the contents are stored. We will schedule a preview day soon.� More lots being added!
