A continuation of Part 1, this inventory offers items to finish out this lovely home. Art, curiosities, large assortment of books, home decor, general household supplies & maintenance, kitchen, garage items, We have a wonderful patio set, chairs, chaises, garden and lawn items, tools and more. A tasteful collection of Ladies classic wardrobe staples, handbags and accessories. Arts and crafts supplies including fabric, sewing items, pastels, canvases and more! We have thrown in some live plants, primitive items and a few antiques to fill your wish list. Please check every page as we are sure to have surprises throughout this sale.
***Please read***Pickup will be in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Address and instructions for pickup will be given on the invoice the night before**Pickup will be Monday, October 14, 2024, from 3:00-6:00pm ( You may pay cash on site) A second email with your invoice will be sent out with all information, time and location at the end of Auction. This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file. Please review the 'Terms & Conditions' section on this site to familiarize yourself with all aspects of the bidding process and pick up procedures. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
