The functionality of electric/electronic itemes are unknown. The unit is located in Pawling, NY. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, October 20 at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday October 20 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility closes at 8:00PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the lock on the unit & the gate access code must be picked up at AAR office in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, October 18 at 3PM.
