JEWELRY: Estimated weights have been given on the gold jewelry. Keep in mind gram scales vary and weights should be considered approximates. No gold, diamonds or gemstones have been tested for authenticity. Description provides only auction company's opinion or states how the jewelry has been marked. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her personal inspection of the property through photos provided. Photographs are an important part of the item description. In same cases, images/items appearing in the background of photos and not part of the item description are not included SETTLEMENT: High bidders' will be invoiced in U.S. dollars and credit cards provided at registration will charged following the close of the sale. Buyer agrees that valid credit card information has been provided, the card has the funds available to complete the purchase, you will accept all charges and that you will not charge back any charges placed by the auction company in accordance with fees discussed throughout the terms and conditions.
