When you sign your bidder registration Agreement or click the "Accept" button online, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Storey's. Your e-mail address will automatically be added to our mailing list and you will receive notifications of upcoming auctions upon accepting these terms and conditions. PAYMENT: Payment in Canadian Funds will be accepted in person on Fri Nov 8th from 10am - 4pm, 2019 by; cash, debit, certified cheque or bank draft (payable to Storey's), email money transfer (please forward to rstorey@storeys.ca). If payment is not received in person your credit card used to register will be charged for all the final prices of all your successful bids plus buyer's premium (17%) and HST (charged at the government rate of 13%). BIDDING & PURCHASING: All bids submitted are final and irrevocable. If you are the highest bidder and the auction house indicates the lot as sold to you, you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final. Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the auction house indicates that an item has been sold. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately. Buyers cannot take possession of or remove their purchases from the auction site until the total purchase price (including applicable taxes or fees) has been paid in full. A Paid Item Receipt will be supplied to the Purchaser and will be required in Order to Remove Items from the Site. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine make, model, condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Storey's may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and in the catalogue, but makes no representations.
