David Evans has sold and closed on his home located at 3168 Ozark Acres Drive. Everything must be out no later than this Friday, October 4, 2024. This home was used as an upscale Air BnB and has a nice selection of furniture, dishes, Big Screen TV, and Linens. All items must be picked up no later than Friday as the new owner takes possession of the property on Saturday.
