This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. All items are sold AS IS, Where Is. By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding.
Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute.
We will be offering shipping on items in this auction. Please email us at hiattauctions@gmail.com to confirm if your lots can be shipped PRIOR to bidding. As a buyer, you are responsible for ALL shipping/packaging costs + a $10 handing (one-time) fee. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: You must pay over the phone on the day of pickup (Saturday, November 2 2024). Your items will note be shipped until payment is made over the phone. Although you register with a credit card, we do not have access to that information and do not run those cards. Please call us at 816-210-7015 or 816-888-9242 on the date of pickup to make a payment. Once payments have been recieved, items will be shipped within 2 weeks after the closing of the sale. Your credit card will be charged directly at the shipping company when packaged. Hiatt Auction Service is not responsible for any damaged packages.
Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Location= 402 Main Street, Weston, MO 64098. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION.

Hiatt Auction Service has been asked to begin selling the vast Antique Estate of Mr. & Mrs. Goodwin. Alan & Linda Goodwin are long-time collectors of unique antiques. They are also long-time residents of the Platte County area. They have begun to downsize and will be offering many antiques of various genres and eras. Also offered in this auction are several custom firearms, antique furniture, primitives, glassware, etc. Also included, is a custom 1937 Ford Truck in running order. Shipping will be available.

21 Marlin 270 rifle Custom made stock 270 deer rifle. Very popular firearm, has some surface rust on scope and bolt handle. In shooting order, just needs solid cleaning. 22 Marlin model XT 7mm Custom stock 7mm rifle. Fitted with Mueller scope. Has some surface rust on bolt handle, with few knocks from use. Has some oil build up on and in bolt. In shooting order, could use solid cleaning. Has some surface rust on end of barrel. 23 Marlin model XT 223 Rifle Custom stock 223 caliber deer rifle. Nikon scope. Bolt handle has some surface rust, chamber has older oil buildup. Some surface rust spots on barrel bit in working order. 24 Marlin model XT 30 - 06 piston stock 30 - 06 deer rifle. Large Mueller scope mounted. Has some nick's and few spots of surface rust on barrel.
