Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. If a bid is placed with less than 5 minutes left on the timer, the entire Auction will reset to 5 minutes and will continue to do so until no bids are placed. In a reserve auction, if a bidder's max bid is below the reserve, the system bids on behalf of the seller up to the reserve. FFL Laws Apply: This will be an FFL regulated sale, with VALID PHOTO ID REQUIRED AND FFL FORMS BEING COMPLETED AT THE PICK-UP LOCATION BY THE SAME PERSON THAT IS DOING THE BIDDING. Firearms that require shipping will be shipped to an FFL gun dealer of the buyer's choice from Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV and buyer will be charged for actual shipping and insurance. Items larger than 26x20x12 are not able to be shipped. Shipping insurance is required and automatically included, as well as a tracking number. Shipping must be arranged by the pickup date. They are able to work with out of state customers. No heavy equipment or vehicle delivery options are available.
