There will be a 10% "Buyers Premium" added to the successful bidders high bid along with NC sales tax of 6.75% if applicable. If using a credit card, there will also be a 3% convenience charge added. We will accept cash, major credit card, or approved check (accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee). All items have to be removed no later than October 31st (unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer or owner). Griffin Plant Farm of Seven Springs, NC is closing it's doors after 40 years in business. At this auction there will be trucks, greenhouses, very nice out buildings, golf cart, flower pots, fertilizer, potting soil, garden carts, water hoses, extra large freezer, pecan sheller, generator and much, much more! There will be a Preview Day on Friday, October 18th from 12-6. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to the successful bidders high bid along with NC sales tax of 6.75%. This will be a live auction. We will accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and approved check (accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee).
