Auction Type:  Absolute, no reserves. 

Pick up location is on Avalon Drive, Rocky River, OH.  Full address will be disclosed in your emailed invoice.  

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.
