Moon Auction Group has catalogued the items in this auction to the best of our abilities. We have used information present on the items, consignor supplied information, and our own research with naming and describing lots. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of these names and descriptions. We make no warranty to the condition of these items. Buyers need to conduct their own due diligence. We will provide as many photos as possible, as well as the chance for potential bidders to see the items in person at our preview. Moon Auction Group, LLC cannot make guarantees to the working condition of any item. All are sold as is, where is.

PICKUP: Pickup will be held on Monday, October 14th, 2024, between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Address will be sent to winning bidders via email. If you cannot pick up on this date, by this time, please contact Moon Auction Group at 502-735-5206 ASAP. Winning bidders will receive an invoice following the auction via the email you registered with on HiBid. Any item not removed by Monday, October 14th, 2024, at 6:00 PM will be considered forfeited, ownership will revert to Moon Auction Group and buyer's card will be charged the full invoice amount along with a $25 late fee per item and any costs associated with the disposal of the items. Unless prior agreements have been made in writing between buyer and Moon Auction Group.
PAYMENT: Payment must be completed by Monday, October 14th, 2024, at 6:00PM EST. Payment may be made by cash, check, or card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Winning bidders who use card to pay will pay an added 3.5% transaction fee. All items must be paid in full before removal. If the invoice has not been paid by Monday, October 14th, 2024, at 6:00PM, your card will automatically be charged the full invoice amount plus the 3.5% transaction fee as well as a convince fee. The card used at registration of the auction will be charged unless advised otherwise. Any invoice over the amount of $1,000 USD will require wire transfer, cash or in person card transactions. Buyer will be responsible for incoming and outgoing wire transfer fees.
SHIPPING: There will be shipping on selected items in this auction. Please see auction catalogue as items that eligible for shipping will be marked. Buyers who use credit card will receive two invoices for their purchase, one for the items and associated costs, and a later invoice for the cost of shipping. Cost of shipping will be actual cost of packaging supplies, actual postage cost, and a flat fee of $5 per package for labor. All items are sold �AS IS, WHERE IS�. Each buyer is responsible for conducting his or her own inspections related to the item. All sales are final. The first invoice will be processed and the card on file will be charged on Monday, October 14th, 2024, at 6PM EST. The first invoice processed will be for the items, buyer�s premium, and sales tax. The second invoice will be processed when your items have been packaged and prepared for shipping, this invoice will include costs of labor, packaging materials and postage.
BUYER�S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium fee will be added to the winning bid of each item to determine the final selling price.
ITEM REMOVAL: Buyers must provide their own labor, tools, packing material, and boxes, if needed for removal of items. Our staff will not be available to help load out the items from this auction. Please be aware of this while bidding on them. Any item not removed by Monday, October 14th, 2024, at 6:00 PM will be considered forfeited, ownership will revert to Moon Auction Group and buyer's card will be charged full invoice amount along with a $25 late fee per item and any costs associated with the disposal of the items. Unless prior agreements have been made in writing between buyer and Moon Auction Group. MOON AUCTION GROUP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR ACCIDENTS DURING THE PICKUP OF ITEMS.
TAX: Kentucky sales tax is 6%. To be in accordance to the state laws of Kentucky, all invoices will be charged an additional 6% sales tax. If you have a certified resale certification, you must fill out a legal tax exemption form with Moon Auction Group, and you will be exempt from sales tax. Please contact Moon Auction Group to fill out the legal tax form before final payment is made. Any items bought for personal use will not be eligible for tax exemption.
REGISTRATION: Registration is free, and you must register with your full name, email address, telephone number, and address. When you register for your account, you are assigned a unique username and password. You are responsible for bids made on your account. An online bid is a legally binding contract. If you feel your account has been compromised, it is your responsibility to contact Moon Auction Group immediately to suspend your account. Final bids made from your account are not subject to cancellation. Registration may only be completed with an acknowledgment that the bidder has read and understood all terms and conditions for the sale and online bidding.
BIDDING: Do NOT bid if you do not intend to pay. Bidding will start at $5.00 USD.
Fraudulent Bidding: Any bidding found to be fraudulent or negligent will result in legal action.
Closing of Bidding: Bidding will begin to close on Sunday, October 13th, 2024, at 5:00PM EST. The closing of the items will be staggered approximately 30 seconds between lots. Lot will feature a soft closing. Meaning if bids are placed in the last minutes of the auction the bidding time will extend 5 minutes. This allows everyone a fair chance to get another bid in before the item is sold, similar to how a live auction proceeds.
Example: A bidder places a bid on an item with 1 minute and 30 seconds left, bidding will now be extended for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
Auctioneer�s Right to Bid: With the seller�s permission, Moon Auction Group affiliates and staff reserve the right to bid for themselves, on the behalf of absentee bidders, on the seller�s behalf, except in the case of absolute bidding.
