This is an online auction only. Auctions start on Tuesdays and end on Saturdays. Payment total is due at auction items pick up We accept cash, local check only, visa, mastercard,discover, cash ap, venmo all items are to be paid in full and picked up befor 5:00pm on Sunday following the end of auction. All unpaid items are subject to being relisted. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to Load all items. Mooses's auctions has the right to terminate any auction if there are any issues. Mooses's auctions has the right to ban bidders,buyers for non payment of items and the items will be relisted. Any bidder/buyer who pays by check and has insufficient funds to cover the check is subject to a $30.00 insufficient funds charge. again all sales are final all items are sold as is with no guarantee or warranty on any items. A 6.25% Massachusetts State Sales Tax will be added to all taxable items unless the bidder/buyer is exempt and has a certificate to provide or a valid resale certificate to provide to Mooses's Auctions.
