Condition of items: IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION -- turned on for 45 minutes every month to keep them fresh. All regularly serviced with no issues. Full PM annually until pandemic.

Do these items power on? YES - this unit has been kept in good working order as a backup for the city's Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency HQ building. Regularly maintained with no issues. Full PM annually until pandemic.

Are any other accessories included? comes with day tank (holds 80-90 gallons of fuel and is replenished as needed from larger exterior tank)

How is the lot packaged? Not packaged in any way. Approx dimensions: 195" L x 82" W x 102" H
