1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. All credit cards used at the time of registration will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for the total invoice price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. Shipping including the handling charges (if needed) will be a separate charge once packed and quoted. If you would like to arrange another form of payment. You MUST contact us prior to the start of the auction.
2. Everything will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. It is imperative that you are fully satisfied with the item prior to placing your bid. It is the the buyer's responsibility to perform their due diligence and ask any questions they may have prior to placing a bid. Absolutely no guarantees or promises as to the condition, functionality, rarity, originality, or any form of authentication regardless of any statements made written or announced either in the auction listing or via the live video webcast. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you would be bidding on. Please do not bid.
3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes".
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.
5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds.
6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding.
7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Exact freight costs are unknown until we know what you won and the package dimensions/weight. Any estimate or quote given prior to the final cost is simply that, an estimate.

This auction will be a live online webcast auction with an auctioneer and audio/video livestream. Join us from the comfort of your home, phone, or tablet! Bidding is open now, and we highly recommend leaving your maximum bids if you cannot join us the evening of the auction. This allows the system to bid for you in the next designated increment only if you are outbid, and only up to your maximum bid amount�giving you the best chance of winning the items you�re interested in.
Please note that all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees regarding functionality, authenticity, or originality. All clocks are being sold untested, though you may request testing if desired. Several high-quality photos of each item will be provided, and any notes or service dates from the collector will be included, but Eouse Auctioneering cannot guarantee the accuracy of these claims.
Shipping will be handled by professional packers, with the buyer responsible for all associated costs (including shipping, packaging, and handling). The average shipping cost in the first auction was only $25, and multiple clocks were shipped to various locations across the country.
We strongly encourage bidders to do their due diligence, ask questions, and request any additional information they need before placing bids. All sales are final.
