(Times may change - watch for details) - Payment is due to cashier before any items are to be removed from the premises, a PAID IN FULL receipt will be required for loading your items. - Cash, Check and Credit Cards will be accepted as payment. (a 5% card processing fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions) - All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Wieseman Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet or verbally but makes no representations. In no event shall Wieseman Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
