Dickensheet & Associates, Inc. makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages-special, direct, indirect or consequential. Any and all disputes or concerns MUST be addressed prior to the removal of the lot(s) prior to the auction site. All parties must be over the age of 18 to participate with the auction or be present in the impound yard before, during or after removal. Bidder is required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and maintain, promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Please note that the registration address will need to match the address associated with the card utilized during the process to create an account. Buyer is responsible for all transactions on its account, including without limitation, all bids placed by authorized bidders and bid submitted through the Auctioneer’s bidding platform. Accounts cannot be transferred. In the event of unauthorized use of Buyer’s login information, Buyer is responsible for all bids. The Auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for actions of its Principals. The Auctioneer shall assume no liability for representations made, or information provided by the Seller.
