All items are sold in as is condition. A 25% buyer�s premium will be applied to the purchase price of all items. All purchases are subject to applicable, 6% PA sales tax unless a Certificate of Resale tax form is fully and completely filled out and received prior to time of purchase. Items must be picked up, or shipping arranged within 5 days of the sale. We are happy to provide a condition report upon request but do not guarantee the condition of any item. You are welcome to call or email if you would like more specific details on condition. There are no warranties or guarantees. All auction items are available for you to view by appointment prior to bidding. If you bid, it will be assumed that you have previewed the items to your satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to preview the item at all. We want you to have all the information you need to confidently bid and do not recommend bidding if you do not feel certain. All sales are final. Payment is expected immediately. Pick up or shipping is expected to be arranged within 5 business days of the sale. If your item is not picked up within 30 calendar days, you authorize us to re-sell on your behalf. The costs of storage, any cost incurred directly related to the item, and an auctioneer�s commission of 30%, will be deducted from the proceeds unless other arrangements have been made with Dovetail Auctions. The auctioneer will determine the starting bids and reserves the right to withdraw a lot if necessary. Payment must be made by cash, check, or credit card. Unknown, first time buyers who write a check must wait for their check to clear before receipt of items purchased. We reserve the right to require a cashier�s check for large purchases, international and first time buyers. Payment is expected at the time of purchase and are required within five business days of the auction. Bidding on any item in the auction acts as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the sale. Your acceptance of these terms constitutes permission to charge winning bids to your credit card if your payment is not received within five business days of the sale. All bidding will be done online through one of our bidding platforms. If you are unable to bid online for any reason, please call us to receive an Absentee Bid Form and Dovetail will do the bidding for you. If two identical absentee bids are received, the first bid submitted will be the winning bid. Bidding increments- $5 to $100 $20 to $500 $50 to $1000 $100 to $2000 $250 to above $2000 Shipping may be done in-house or through a local shipper of your choice. Dovetail Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items. We recommend DAKS Global for large items or items we are unable to handle. All purchases are subject to applicable state sales tax (state where purchased) unless the state Certificate of Resale tax form is fully and completely filled out and received prior to time of purchase. Resale tax numbers from other states are accepted. International buyers are responsible for tariffs, taxes, or assessments of shipped items to the buyer�s country. Bidding on an item indicates you understand, agree to and accept these Terms of Online registration and bidding approval is done at the sole discretion of the auction house. We recommend that online bidders sign up at least 24 hours in advance of the auction to allow for time to complete the approval process. We make no guarantees that new online bidders who register within 24 hours of the sale will be approved for bidding.
