We will in all cases attempt to combine items into one package to save on shipping fees and unless otherwise directed will choose the best value for shipping. Due to insurance regulations we can not ship to PO boxes All shipping is from the 20657 zip code and is for the 48 states. If you are overseas please contact us for shipping. We ship to the address that is on record with Paypal.
