If you bid without asking questions about your concern(s), then you accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the condition and completeness of the item(s). We do not guarantee items that do not belong to us. The seller no longer needs these items and refuses to guarantee the condition. It is YOUR responsibility to inquire BEFORE you bid on them. INTERNET BIDDING - Due to varying Internet speeds, browser controls, wireless signals, and other communication problems we DO NOT GUARANTEE that your bid will be accepted on any item.
