Parking will be taped off in the field next to the house. Once an item sales, it is your responsibility to keep up with your item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, injuries, or accidents. Preview will be the morning of the auction. Auctioneer will have final say in any disputes. All announcements made the day of the sale, supersede previous advertisements.
