cash, cards, and checks all accepted. 4% fee on credit cards. Online buyers will have a 10% buyers premium. Bidding will be available live and online. We strongly consider online bidders to leave a max bid. In the event of technical issues, the auctioneer will decide how to proceed, or not, with the auction. Pappy's food truck will be onsite for lunch and refreshments. If paying for larger items with a check, no items may leave until the funds have landed in our account. Online bidders will be able to bid in real time. Restrooms will be available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or injury. Preview dates will be available and announced closer to the auction date. All auctions are assumed to be with reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves may or may not be disclosed. Auctioneer will have final say in any disputes. Announcements made day of sale will supersede previous announcements.

Auction house is about 2 miles on the right hand side from the split. Online bidding will be available at www.simsfamilyauctions.com If you haven't followed any of our simulcast auctions yet, don't miss this great opportunity. It's a great way for our sellers to get their products seen by the world, and for our buyers to be able to bid from anywhere with internet connection. If you aren't available to bid on auction day, you may leave a max bid on the items you want and your bid will be recognized until competitive bidding stops, or until your max bid has been surpassed. TAKING QUALITY CONSIGNMENTS--we are looking for good quality consignments for this auction. Tractors, dozers, skid steers, graders, vehicles, implements, trailers, tools, pressure washers, chainsaws, log splitters, welders, mowers, ATV's, UTV's, boats, lawn sweepers, aerators, etc. We want this to be a great event that brings a large variety of items, and allows for LIVE AND ONLINE bidding for our buyers and our sellers. We will run these items on our online platform and market these items on multiple platforms to allow our customers to bid in person, or from the comfort of their home. No consignment is too large or too small. If it's a QUALITY item in the equipment/tool/outdoor power family, bring it to us to sell for you!! We would like to have all consignments in by March 29, to ensure that your items get at least a week of online bidding, but we can add items up until auction day, if need be.
