This Mt Crawford VA downsizing auction features antiques, farm equipment, tools, toys, fine furniture, art and other household items.  All of these items come from a clean smoke free home. Our sellers have moved to a smaller home and can't take everything with them. This is one of the finest personal property auctions we have ever conducted. The Simmers were discriminating buyers of amazing things from all over the world. 

In addition to household items we have farm equipment including a Caterpillar track loader, Massey Ferguson loader tractor, IH Farmall tractor, GMC dump truck, Steiner tractor, Ferris zero turn mower, implements, attachments and lawn and garden items.  Plus we have a Honda ATV and motorcycles as well as a full shop of woodworking tools and equipment.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on September 24 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 4 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Tuesday September 24 from 3-5 PM. Pickup will be on Wednesday and Thursday September 25-26 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. Please bring boxes and packing material for small items and help to assist in loading your large item purchases. We will have a loader tractor onsite to assist with loading larger equipment.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
