REAL ESTATE: The home will be offered subject to approval of the final bid by the Sellers. A Ten Percent (10%) Buyer’s Fee will be added to the final bid to arrive at the Contract Price. The Buyer will pay $5,000 into our Escrow Account and the balance within 30 days following Contract Approval. The Seller will pay for an Infestation letter (CL-100), for the property taxes prorated to date of closing, and any outstanding liens. You will get a clear title on the property at closing. The Buyer will pay for the Attorney’s fee for closing, any deed stamps, recording fees, for a Title Search, and for a $350.00 Transaction Fee to Meares Company Inc. The property is being sold “AS-IS” and no repairs will be made by the Sellers. The Sellers make no warranty, express or implied, at to the title of the property or zoning of the property except as warranted by its deed. The Auctioneer is representing the Sellers in this transaction. Any announcements made on the day of Auction take precedence over any previous statements or advertisements.
