Join us for the 2024 Eastern Ohio Shorthorn Assn. sale on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Tuscarawas County Fair Grounds in Dover, Ohio. Cronebaugh Auctions LTD will be the manager of this year�s sale; we are excited to see the growth of this sale over the past couple of years and hope to continue to grow it for the EOSA Members.
The show will begin at 1:00 p.m. followed by the sale at 3:00 p.m. Cattle must be in place by Saturday, October 5 at 9:30 a.m.; weigh-in will be 9:30 � 10:00 a.m. The Fall Sale will include a show to determine the sale order on steer prospects, heifer prospects, and bred heifers. Purebreds will sell prior to ShorthornPlus. The sale order for bred cows and bulls will be set by the sales manager.
Consignments are now open. 1 MBCF Fancy Macy 479M This all white heifer has that classic show heifer look, from her super extended neck to her square hip, she is everything you want in a Show Heifer. She is out of STS Raising Kane, who has produced several Champions for us over the last few years. ... 2 FC Primeclipse A smaller framed roan heifer, she has lots of center body and is square on her ends and solid on her feet. 3 FC Cheesecake This is a younger heifer but she�s cool, a pretty dark red color with plenty of center body to catch eyes in the ring. 4 D's Rose ET A purebred heifer out of Studor's Snapchat 22B that is growing in leaps and bounds. Solid bloodlines and correct structure make up for the little she is missing in a flashy color. 5 Key Ridge Margie 1516 This heifer is as fine as a glass of red wine. Beautiful front, big hip and a lot of potential here. 6 Key Ridge Foxxy 1515 Her name says it all Foxxy. This one will not disappoint in person. Very eye catching with a lot of prominent genetics in her pedigree. 7 Key Ridge Sweets 1508 Here is an early March heifer. Big middle, with a lot of cow potential. Goes back to SULL Stockman on her maternal side. 8 WSS Cream This White Dow Jones daughter is long bodied and super deep ribbed. I read this one to be a bigger made cow in her production years. Her Mom is a Cindy's Beauty from Hivley's out of the Great Sull Red Power Bull. 9 WSS Cleo This Red roan Dow Jones daughter grows on you every time you see her. She is stout made yet still Feminine fronted and ties that neck in high out of her shoulder. Dam is a Red Power cow we bought From Hively's. 10 CLF Rihanna 2402 1207 daughters are getting hard to come by and this one is really good. We have a full sister in the herd is the only reason we are selling. Look in here! 11 Noel Sired by Bergs Trailblazer, this moderate framed red heifer is already beginning to blossom into a great show heifer. She would be a great addition to any herd. 12 HOB Rose Trea A very nice feminine fronted is an attractive, moderate and complete female that will make a great addition to any herd. 13 Kappa Girl This roan Worldwide heifer will stand out in both the pasture field and the show ring. With more age and time to grow, this one will keep getting better. 14 Maple II Beauty V123 Beauty is a moderate framed, square hipped with wide top. Calm enough for a young showma... 25 SWAL Myles SWAL Myles is a March Only sired steer and his dam, PVF Nonpariel, has put calves in previous EOSA sales. She is very moderate in frame and her calf is heavily muscled and should be a thick, balanced steer upon completion. 26 SWAL Major This March Only steer at this point has the feminine look. He is balanced, feet and legs are correct, and when he moves out he is fault free. A steer that you should be able to feed right through to his finish date. We really like the looks of SWAL M... 27 SWAL Martie Another March steer sired by SWAL Only. His dam, RT Cumberland Lexus, is a Hot Commodity which explains the style that this calf exhibits. SWAL Martie catches your eye, moves out well, is balanced correctly, and once again should be any easy feeder. ... 28 SWAL Monte SWAL Monte is a March calf sired by JSF Palermo. We bought his dam at last year�s PVF Maternal Event. For a first calf, this steer is well-balanced, should be an easy feeder, and will be moderate in size when finished. 29 Rainy Day Jasper Here is a moderate framed steer that is structurally sound and has some shag. 30 HH Trey Here is a long spined, soggy type steer with a square hip. 31 HH King Here is a colorful big framed steer with a lot of go. 32 Cricket Fancy red roan bull calf with sound structure and good hair.� Could go either way with this calf and have a nice herd bull or make a nice steer. 33 RJ This is a really complete red bull with a nice look. A nice black steer that is really looking good with a good disposition. 36 Blue Blue is the steer that everyone loves when they come to the barn.
