Terms: 10% buyer's premium will be charged for Cash or local, good check, payable at RE/MAX Oak Crest Realty, at the pick up location Wednesday October 16th. Credit/Debit cards accepted with additional 5% convenience fee (15% total). Credit card on file will be charged for payment at close of auction unless noted by bidders on auction site. Sales tax will be charged. Everything sold �as is.� Not responsible for accidents or merchandise after sold. Paid invoices are required for pick up on Wed, October 16, 2024 - 2 PM to 5 PM (EST) at 8550 Lincoln Hwy, Plymouth, IN. Actual Shipping and separate handleing fee, $30. on Smaller items only , will NOT ship larger heavier items. If your interested item is larger than a shoe box call first before bidding if item can be shipped. No refunds for items not picked up at designated pick up times. 1.
