By registering for our auction, you agree to the following terms: All bids are binding offers to purchase, subject to collection action. All purchases must be paid for at the end of the sale. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and cash. No items may be removed without proof of payment. Items are sold "as is," and bidders should inspect them before bidding. All successful bids incur an 18% buyer's premium. A 22% charge applies for items picked up after Monday post-auction. A late fee of $50.00 will be added if items are not picked up by Monday at 3 PM. Items left at the auction house past the following Friday incur a $25 weekly storage fee. Items left over a week may be disposed of, yet the invoice amount remains due. After 30 days, unpaid invoices will be sent to Kings Credit Services for collection. Bidding disputes will be resolved by the auctioneer or an authorized agent. Sales are subject to California state sales tax unless a resale number is filed before purchase. Buyers must remove all property by the Monday after the auction unless prior arrangements are made. The auctioneer or HAH is not liable for any injury or damage occurring in or around the sale area. HAH Auctions reserves the right to alter, add, or remove lots, minimum bids, and reserve amounts at their discretion without notice. Decisions not covered by these terms are at HAH management's discretion. HAH is not responsible for internet outages, technical issues, or malfunctions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Pick-up times are on Saturday from 2pm to 6pm, and on Sunday and Monday from 10am to 3pm. We are closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Fridays are open for appointments only. To avoid a $50 late fee, please collect your items by 3pm on Monday. Items stored beyond a week incur an additional $25 storage fee per week on your invoice. Your prompt pick-up and payment facilitate the preparation for the next auction. Items not paid for or collected within 14 days will be deemed abandoned and become the property of HAH, although payment is still required.
