BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or cashiers check within 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing Thursday, September 26th at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping Determined by Lot - Please Look at Each Lot to see if its eligible for shipping. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 9:00- 12:00 PM CT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Greg & Diane Wolfe have lived in the Indianola area for many years and were well known for their show pigs or as many knew them Wolfe & Son Show Pigs. They have since retired from the hog business and have sold some of their hog equipment but now have also sold their place and are moving east. The highlight of this auction is Diane's family's 1952 Dodge 1 Ton Pickup and the balance of this auction consists of everything that they have left from their hog operation and also items from their home they didn't want to take with them. Including furniture, collectible toys, farm equipment, fencing supplies, shop items and more. Everything is very clean and very well taken care of.
