Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, source, condition of suitability for a particular purpose. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary. 10% Buyers Premium Pickup will be September 19th from 3:00 PM- 7:00 PM. You will be charged if items are not picked up and items will become property of Morrow Auction Service. ITEM REMOVAL on Thursday September 19th from 3:00 PM- 7:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS & Buyer MUST bring own labor for removing large items, limited auction staff will be available. All property is sold in "AS-IS" and "Where IS" condition. Morrow Auction does not provide shipping or packing or transportation services. Moving and pickup is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and at their expense. Purchases will be released with a paid receipt.
