Payment:
Invoicing is done through Currency Pay at the close of the auction. Your card on file will be charged directly following the close of the auction. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover are valid forms of payment. We also accept e checks, please contact Kedra at 765-625-1714 to make those arrangements. DO NOT ASSUME you can just pay cash without making prior arrangements. This is grounds for permanent banishment! Payment is due 24 hours following the close auction.
Bring Backs:
In the event of an emergency, you are unable to attend the pickup, the auction company can provide transport for (small, manageable) items to be taken to our office in Farmland for a pick up within 72 hours. There will be a $5.00/ item fee added to your bill. Please note that this is in a per person basis and arrangements MUST be made in advance. Please call Kedra at 765-625-1714 to make those arrangements.

Shipping is avaliable for $5 per box plus actual shipping cost.
Terms & Conditions:
The Sale of Items- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
No Liability- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy a lawnmower, bulldozer, or other such item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased.
Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc.
Loading Equipment- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods.
Consignors- All consignors must fill out a contract with Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate, sign forms and abide by our terms listed.
Bidders- All bidders must register for bidder's numbers with proper ID. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with no extra fees. Wire transfers will incur an extra fee. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card.
Removal- No goods will be removed until paid in full. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate shall not, in any event, be liable for non-removal or abandonment or for any other matter to any purchaser of any lot.
Paid Receipt- Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed upon presentation of paid receipt to Auction staff. Purchased goods must be removed within the parameters listed in the auction description or sold for storage in our upcoming sale.
NSF Funds- A fee for Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) checks per occurrence will be charged. NO CREDIT ALLOWED
Reserve Prices- We are governed by the Indiana Statutes and all items sell with a reserve unless advertised. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to publish or disclose any minimum due to confidentiality. Vehicles sell with owner's confirmation.
Bidding- No consignor, seller, or agent for seller has that right to bid on their consigned goods.
Employee Bidding- Any employee of Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item.
Compliance with The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
Indiana Laws- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate is in complete accordance with Indiana statutes and Indiana Administrative codes, Title 25, Title 812, Department of Revenue Tax Bulletin #20, and Reference IC 6-2-4. Sold Items- All items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when auctioneer confirms your number as successful bidder. Although the auction company will exhibit reasonable care to safeguard purchases until removed by purchaser, no refunds or adjustments will be allowed for any shortages. We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost goods.
Keeping Order- Auctioneers have the right to refuse service or eject any person obstructing the auction process. Appraisals are NO guarantee of auction prices; nor can we establish a value for sentimental reasons. The Auction Company, when acting as Agent, is not responsible for the act of its principals.
NO Warranties- Everything is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final.
Sales Tax- Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by appropriate state/local laws. Sales tax exemption number, where applicable, must be presented at the time of bidder registration. To qualify for any available exemption, buyer must sign any required form.
Dispute between Bidders- If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its' auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder. The decision of the auction company, or its' auctioneer, shall be final and absolute.
Condition of Items Sold- All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse.
Nominal bids- Any bid that is merely a nominal bid may be rejected by the Auction Company or the Auction Company may reject fractional advances, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale.
Absentee (proxy) Bids - Absentee bids may be presented to the auction company in writing and must be accompanied by credit/debit card number, which will be verified for you maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. Buyer may deliver to auction company maximum bid in certified funds to be refunded in full, if Buyer does not gain the successful bid. Said bids are subject to all terms and conditions of sale as listed herein or announced at the auction sale. All absentee bids will be held in confidence.
Auction Company may have a principal interest in this sale. Seller may NOT bid on his/her own items at auction as per state laws.
Personal and Property Risk- Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor his principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held.
Records- The record of sale kept by the Auction Company, the audio tape of the auction and the bookkeeper records will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

2 Vintage Victorian Prints Framed vintage victorian prints, dated Nov 1858, could be French but unsure of original origin. Good condition with wooden frame. Measurements in photos. 3 Le Modes Print Framed vintage print that is marked Le Modes, Paris. Dated May of 1866. This has been repaired and has seam in middle and tape holding together. Really neat piece in wooden frame. Measurements in photos. 4 Vintage Print Framed vintage print, is marked by hand Godey's Fashion Print. Good condition, appears to be hand colored, comes with wooden frame. Matted and framed. Measurements in photos. 5 Oval Framed Godfrey's Print Oval wooden framed Godey's print. This is marked, vintage, appears to be hand colored, in good condition. Measurements in photos. 6 Vintage Oval Framed Godfrey Print Oval shaped wooden frame with vintage Godey's print, is marked. Appears to be hand colored. Good condition and frame is good as well. Measurements in photos. 7 Vintage Print Framed vintage print, this is hand marked as Godey's. Appears to be hand colored as well. Does appear to have been trimmed on one side and doesn't fit frame true to size. Frame back is coming off, another picture behind print. Vintage from Victorian era. Some marked with makers mark, no gold or silver featured in this group. 16 Bakelite Arm & Hammer Match Holder Vintage Arm & Hammer match holder, appears to be Bakelite. Good condition, great scroll work and good piece. 17 Antique Muzzle Loading Rifle Antique muzzle loading rifle, is marked Bridgeburg and US, dated 1863. Assumed to be American civil war era. No other markings or numbers found on rifle. Has been repaired at forestock, has wire wrapped. Looks to be complete, firing mechanism doe... 18 Lead Slug Die & Ammo Small amount of ammo. Majority looks to be reloads, .38 special, and .22 LR shells. Comes with small amount of BBs as well. Major piece is the lead slug or sabot maker. All looks to be in good condition. 19 Military Bayonet Military bayonet, believe this to be a WWI era Spanish bayonet, no markings other than serial number. Scabbard is leather and top has come off. It is present but does need to be repaired. Small set screw will let you lock bayonet in to scabbard. L... 20 Covalt's Milk Box Galvanized Covalt's milk box, bottom is good, letter is good as well. Lid is present. 21 Kundo Clock Small Kundo brand clock, glass globe, does have key. This has not been wound and tested, Comes with large plexiglass and wooden display case. 22 Roseville Pottery Piece of Roseville pottery, great look to it. Does appear to be good, glaze is good and marked on bottom. Floral motif, very nice piece. 23 Muncie Pottery Smaller pottery vase that is marked Muncie. Appears to be good, pastel type colors, good condition. 24 Wooden Sewing Cabinet Drawers Set of 4 wooden sewing cabinet drawers, vintage, brass appearing hardware. Ornate scroll front on drawers, all appear to be good with good bottoms. 25 Metal Oil Lamp Bases Two metal oil lamp bases, one does have slight dent in it but still good. These are missing chimneys. One is marked Rayo and other is Aladdin brand. Not a matching set but close. 26 Pair of Glass Oil Lamps Set of glass oil lamps, not matching. One does come with chimney, both look to be in good condition. One is marked Queen Anne and other is not marked. 27 Small Glass Decanters or Perfume Bottles Set of matching glass decanters or perfume bottles. Ornate tops and looks to be pressed glass. Both appear to be good and have a floral pattern. 28 Glass Oil Lamp Bases Set of glass oil lamp bases, these are both marked. No chimneys with these. Both appear to be good. 29 Glass Oil Lamps Small set of glass oil lamp bases, these are marked, look to be good with no chimneys. 30 Miniature Oil Lamp Miniature oil lamp with glass shade, Good condition with amber frosted finish. No markings on this. 31 Pair of Oil Lamps Pair of glass oil lamps. These do have chimneys, look to be good. Are marked and look to be good. 32 Glass Oil Lamps Set of glass oil lamps, both appear to be good and both are marked. One larger type and smaller with handle. Both have chimneys, good condition. 33 Hand Painted Oil Lamp Vintage appear hand painted oil lamp with brass appearing bottom. Very nice piece, looks to be original and in good condition. Features a brass like bottom, frosted glass base and chimney. This is marked. 34 Cast Wall Sconce w/ Milk White Shade Vintage cast iron wall sconce with hand painted milk white glass globe, has been electrified into lamp type piece. Does have hanger with it and screws, has not been tested. Globe appears to be good as well. 35 Vintage Table Lamp Vintage table lamp, believed to be alabaster, comes with hand painted glass shade. Does work as it should. Was once oil and has been converted to electric. Very nice piece and appears to be good. 36 Earthenware Set of earthenware pieces. Features a jug approx 3/4 of a gallon to a gallon, does have some chipping on handle but still good. Comes with small jar like container, appears it should have lid, does have some chipping around top. 37 Uhl Butter Type Crock Smaller butter type crock, no lid, this is made by the Uhl company. Appears to be good with n major damage, is stamped Uhl on bottom but not numbered. 38 Uhl Crock Smaller Uhl crock, is stamped but not numbered. Good condition, has one small chigger in side that appears to have been there since new. Appears good with no other major damage. 39 Green Depression Glass Vase Large green colored depression glass vase, appears to be good. Really nice lime green color. Measurements in photos. 40 Wooden Bowl Smaller wooden bowl, appears to be vintage and handmade. Good condition, solid wood. Measurements in photos. 41 Covalt Cream Bottle & Riggins Caps Very nice Covalt brand cream bottle, appears to be good. Comes with two plastic bottle caps from Riggins dairy, these have 7 digit phone number on them, so more modern pieces. 42 Vintage Glass Baby Bottle & Glass Straw Vintage glass baby bottle appears to be good, no markings of maker. Does have baby and "Happy Baby" embossed on front. Comes with glass straw as well. 43 Carnival Glass Vase Medium sized carnival glass vase, does appear to be vintage. Looks to be good as well, no makers marks on this. Measurements in photos. 44 Uhl Pottery Vases Set of mauve colored Uhl brand pottery vases, both appear to be good, both stamped Uhl on bottom. Larger is stamped 123 on bottom as well. Really neat colored pieces. 45 Uhl Pottery Vases Good set of white and blue glazed Uhl Pottery vases. Both appear to be good, stamped on bottom, no major damage to these. Both are stamped 113 on bottom. 46 Antique Slate & Glasses Child's or school slate with wooden frame, does look to be good, measurements in photos. Comes with vintage or antique of spectacles. Both really nice piece for decor! 47 Pottery Vases Misc pottery vases, all look to be good, no markings on these. One is a Mid Century Modern look, others are more plain type vases, all glazed and look to be good. 48 Crock Bean Pot Crock or earthenware bean pot. This is marked Boston Baked Beans, comes with lid and has floral pattern on one side. Looks to be good, no other markings. 49 Vintage Butter Crock Vintage butter crock with lid, good condition and lid is good. Blue color and glaze appears to be good, no markings. 50 Lidded Crock Bowl Blue colored lidded crock or earthenware bowl. Both appear to be good, there is a makers mark but was not able to make out, good condition and good color. 51 Vintage Porcelain Covered Bowl Vintage metal and porcelain glazed bowl, does have some chips out of glaze but still a good bowl. Green trim with white glaze. 52 Needle Work Mantle Clock Small mantle clock with needle work face, has not be wound to see if it operates. Looks to be complete and in working order. Front glass opens to access the face and set time. Measurements in photos. 53 Norman Rockwell Vintage Appearing Radio Wooden vintage appear radio, has Norman Rockwell name on it. Modern radio made to look vintage, comes with both AM/FM sides and tape player on one side.110v, has not been tested. Looks to be complete piece. 54 White Porcelain Glazed Pan w/ Lid Nice medium sized porcelain glazed pan with lid. Good condition with two chips out of the side of it. Good color and lid is good. 55 Wire Chicken Basket Small wire basket shaped like a chicken, has 4 plastic eggs with as well. Good condition, great decor piece. 56 Cast Iron Skillet Newer modern cast iron skillet, looks to be seasoned and/or coated with a non-stick type covering. Marked Zakarian, measures 10" in diameter. 57 Realistic Megaphone Battery operated Realistic megaphone, looks to be in working condition. Top of horn is bent some, does play songs as well as works as loud speaker. 58 Brass Kerosene Lantern Large heavy brass kerosene lantern, good condition, looks to be complete, has glass inserts. Very nice decor piece, measurements in photos. 59 Vintage Canister/Bucket w/ Lid Coated vintage canister/bucket with lid. Really neat piece and appears to be good. Appears to be good, has small bracket on bottom for mounting. 72 Goose Basket w/ Silk Flowers Goose basket with silk flowers, looks to be good, has been dyed. 73 Brass Hanging Eagle Large brass wall hanging eagle, good condition, just needs cleaned and polished. Measurements in photos. 74 Vintage Sewing Basket Round shaped vintage sewing basket, has almost an oriental look to it, good bottom has small amount of potpourri in it. 75 Foam Duck Decoy Foam bodied duck decoy, good condition with good color. Mallard type duck, no makers mark. 76 Muncie Central Bookends Set of Muncie Central High School brick bookends, these are from the old school and are marked class of 1960. 77 Wooden Rolling Pins & Decor Two older rolling pins, and door knob decor piece, all appear to be good and in good condition. 78 Vintage Hat Stand & Felt Hat Wide brimmed felt hat from Webster co and metal vintage hat stand. Both in good condition, hat is size marked XL and could possibly be turquoise on hat band. 79 Vintage Kitchen Utensils Set of various vintage kitchen utensils. Various pieces, comes with flipper, grader, pot handle, scoops and cutter of different types. 80 Silverplate Flatware & Other Kitchen Items Several pieces of silverplate flatware, majority are marked Rogers. Comes with grinders, matchbox holder and small Ball brand shaker. 81 Vintage & Modern Kitchen Pieces Small set of kitchen type utensils among other items. Features large knife unmarked, water scoop, measure spoon, awl, and other items. 82 Misc Home Decor Features a modern small milk can, clock, bell tongs and horseshoe. 83 Vintage Kitchen Utensils Set of various vintage kitchen utensils, come with mallet, paddle scoop, egg beater, tenderizing hammer, ice pick, several can openers and other items. 84 Bose Wave Machine & XM Radio Receiver Older Bose Wave Machine, does have all cords present as well. Comes with XM radio receiver as well. All cords with this as well. Looks to be in working order. 85 Bose Speakers Set of Bose speakers, look to be good, these are 301V speakers, both marked left or right. 86 Doilies Large grouping of doilies, all appear to be good. Several are discolored from use over the years. All look to be handmade and various ages, several sizes and designs. 87 Uhl Pottery Bean Pots Set of Uhl brand bean pots, one does have lid and other doesn't. Both have some hairline cracking in them but would be good display pieces. One mauve color and other traditional brown color. 88 Jewelry Boxes & Hankies Small floral picture topped vintage jewelry box, ornate work on sides. Also comes with what looks like hand carved small wooden box. Several ladies handkerchiefs are with group as well. 89 Needlepoint Jewelry/Stationery Box Small wooden box, more modern design, does have needlepoint inlay in top, felt lined. 90 Copper Pitchers Set of three copper pitchers, all look to be vintage and in useable condition. Some dents and dings but still good. 91 Copper Pieces Several copper pieces, comes with three lattles or dippers for different alcohol, labeled rum, brandy and whiskey. Also comes with oil lamp, candle stick holder, dish, miniature pans and more. 92 Copper Tea Kettle, Cream & Sugar Set Copper tea kettle with heater, does appear to be vintage, comes with copper trimmed cream and sugar set with tray. This is pewter. Also features a brass magnifying glass. 93 Copper Bottom Pans Set of copper bottomed pans. Three skillets and one cooking pan, small cast iron muffin piece is not marked. 94 Copper Pan w/ Heater & Brass & Copper Heater Medium sized copper pan with heat shield and heater. Comes with brass and copper pan heater as well. 95 Copper Kettles, Coffee Pot & Cups All copper pieces, comes with two copper kettles and one coffee pot. Also two small scalloped cups. 96 Glass Oil Lamps w/ Brass Bottoms Set of two different sized glass oil lamps along will brass bottoms. Very unique pieces, look to be in good condition. 97 Vintage Salt Dips & Salt & Peppers Small selection of vintage salt and peppers. Comes with milk white glass salt shaker, creamer, a JUmbo Peanut Butter jade colored shaker as well as clear shaker. Small set of glass salt dips as well. 98 Uhl Pottery Co Pitcher & Mugs Set of three matching mugs, these are Uhl and only two are marked. Appear to be good, comes with blue colored small pitcher that appears to b good as well. Really neat pieces. 99 Glass Refrigerator Jars & Pan Set of glass Staintary Refrigerator jars with lids, one clear and other is frosted. Comes with extra lid as well. Also featured is a square glass dish. All appear to be good. 100 Vintage Ball Jars Set of vintage Ball brand jars, all clear, two with clasp lids and others are fitted with zinc lids. One is labeled as Freezer jar, all look to be good. 101 Ball Jars Set of three blue colored Ball brand jars, all have clasp type lids. One does have clear lid on it. Larger jar is labeled Cleveland Juice Co. 102 Glass Sun Tea Jar w/ Spigot Large gallon glass sun tea jar, is modern made. Does have spigot in bottom. 103 Commode w/ Lid Vintage porcelain commode with lid, does have some cracking and chips, marked Sham on bottom. 104 Mortar & Pestles Ceramic mortar and pestles. Look to be good, could be marble?. Pestles are marked Coors. 105 Canister Jars Three canister jars with metal lids. All look to be good, only marking on middle sized one. Not a matching set. 106 Wall Hangings Set of what appear to be vintage wall hangings, one is oriental type motif and other is all dried flowers. Both framed and in good condition. 107 Vera Bradley Bags Two Vera Bradley handbags or purses, look to be in good condition. 108 Dan Post Western Boots Pair of Dan Post brand western boots. These are 10D, metal toe protectors, good condition, very good soft leather. 109 Corningware Dishes Set of Corningware dishes. Features a measuring bowl, casserole and loaf pan. All appear to be good and have the popular floral pattern. 110 Misc Kitchen Items Small amount of misc kitchen items. Comes with fryer basket & handle, cookie tins, strainer, grader and chopper. 111 Canister & Grader Set Set of plastic canisters, one just has lid. Comes with small set of graders as well. 112 Glass Drinking Tumblers Set of glass drinking tumblers. Set of 7 larger ones and three smaller juice type. All matching set with floral pattern. Almost amber hue to them. 113 Heavy Duty Cookwares Small amount of heavy duty cookware. Comes with spouted pan, skillet and another cooking pan with double boiler. Look to be in good condition. Cook's Essential brand. 114 Small Apple Basket & Handblown Glass Bulb Small applet type basket with handle, does have good bottom. Comes with what appears to be a handblown glass bulb and metal stand. No markings on this. 115 Measuring Cups Set of glass measuring cups. Both Pyrex and Anchor Hocking featured in group. * cup, 2 cup and one cup measurers. One plastic measuring cup in group as well. 116 Stainless Steel Pitcher & Lids Smaller stainless steel pitcher with basket, comes with several cooking pans lids. |
